Do I have to have an account with Ellis Manufacturing Co. to place an online order?

No, you can purchase & check out without registering with Ellis Manufacturing Co.. However, when you do register, you receive first crack at deals, specials & new products offered only on Ellis Manufacturing Co. website.


Do I have to pay local duties/taxes if I am ordering from outside of the USA?

Yes, In most cases when the products arrive to your customs location duties and taxes will be due before you can take possession of the products. Contact your local customs office or carrier for estimated fees.


I’ve forgotten my password, how can I have it sent to me?

Visit the Log In section located at the top of any web page and click on the Forgot My Password link, where you’ll be prompted for your username (email address) and we’ll email a temporary password you can use to log-on and choose a new permanent password for your account.


Will I be charged sales tax on my Ellis Manufacturing Co. order?

Does Ellis Manufacturing accept checks?

Yes, we do accept checks if the order is taken over the phone. Please call us to place an order with a check.


Does Ellis Manufacturing accept cash or money orders?

Sorry, we don’t accept any of the above at this time.


How do I check on the status of my order & shipping?

For shipping status, please use the tracking number emailed to you after your order was processed.

If you’ve misplaced your tracking number and/or deleted your order receipt email, our Ellis Manufacturing Co. customer service team is glad to help. Email us at store@ellismanufacturing.com or call us at 1-800-654-8311.


Can I cancel my order?

Once your order has been processed, either through purchases on-line or by phone, we are unable to change or cancel the order.  Orders including custom items may not be returned or refunded.


Can I return my order?

Yes, if you need to return all or a portion of the merchandise you have purchased from us, please send the product(s) to our location at 4803 N. Cooper Ave., Oklahoma City, OK, 73118. Please label the merchandise “RETURN” and include a statement with your name, address and order number. Also, list the items and quantities that you are returning. Items can be returned within 30 days from the day the order was received, with authorization. No products will be received or credited if returned without consent. All claims for shortages or damages MUST be made by phone within 7 days of receiving the products.  Orders including custom items may not be returned or refunded. 


Is there a fee for returning items?

Yes, the buyer is responsible for paying the returning freight as well as a 15% restocking fee. Refunds will amount to the purchase price of the merchandise we receive minus a 15% restocking fee. A refund to your credit card or account will be made within 2 weeks upon receipt of the material(s) at our location.


What if there is a problem with my order?

If there is an issue with your order you have 7 days from the date you received the order to tell us there is an issue and find a resolution. After 7 days all sales are final.

How long does it take for my order to be delivered?

There is typically a 0-3 day packing and handling period before orders are shipped out. After orders are packed and ready for delivery the orders are picked up by the delivery carrier, the carrier estimated delivery times are listed on the delivery options at checkout. If expedited delivery is needed please call us for delivery price and product availability.
